A Local Legacy by Martin Bolanos from Michoacán
Patróns is a locally-owned business built by Martin Bolanos, who moved to Pittsburgh in 2006 from Michoacan, Mexico, a state on the Pacific coast. He opened his first restaurant in Wexford in 2007, with later locations in Monroeville, Fox Chapel & East Liberty. The origin of Patróns represents an old family tradition on preparing authentic mexican dishes from all over Martins' native Mexico, (this is a very special state because it is the only 100% Agave tequila producing industry in the world).
